#1 That Tofu Can Actually Look Delicious

Dale Talde & His Tasty Meat
Last night on Top Chef, straight Hung …. er… I mean… Dale Talde won the elimination challenge with his Tandoori ribs. You can check out the recipe here. It’s a pretty easy dish to make and the different versions you can come up with are infinite.
