#1 That Tofu Can Actually Look Delicious
Under the inordinate amount of pressure they were under, I would never have thought about preparing Tofu marinated with rendered beef fat! But, the dish that Dale & Richard improvised actually looked like something I’d want to try at a restaurant! Unlike this piece of turd:

The New York Times just did a piece on one of my favorite mystery dessert places, Pinkberry. In case you don’t know, the eatery once called its original flavor thing “frozen yogurt” — until that pesky class action suit.
So, they had an expert analyze the ingredients. Check ‘em out after the jump.

Brunch pastries to lose your mind over
by Chef Patrick Florendo
You’d probably have a better chance of finding Britney Spears’ psychotherapy bill than you would locating the tucked away restaurant Tableau at the Wynn of Las Vegas. And, trust me: both can be just as pricey.
In fact, whereas one would be a boon for [...]

From noon until 8PM on Tuesday, April 29th, the famous purveyors of delicious figure busting ice cream, Ben & Jerry’s, will be giving out free cones in honor of their 30th birthday!
So, start working out now and take advantage of this offer later. That way you won’t look like such the chunky monkey afterwards.

Last night’s episode of Hell’s Kitchen served up the usual fare of gratuitous (yet HIGH-larious!!) screaming in a kitchen overflowing with buffoons. I’m not sure if it’s the editing or if the CHEFtestants are really that incompetent, but all this showcasing sure cooks up a healthy serving of delicious guilty pleasure.

Brunch For the Palateless
Bluntly put, I’ve seen zoo monkeys throw around better shit than the food served at a certain cooking demonstration during the Food & Wine Festival at Disney’s California Adventure last weekend. Case in point: Chef Alan’s (Allen?) “What’s for brunch?”
